I have specialized training in LGBTQ+ mental health, gained through clinical work at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and other community-based organizations. My commitment to supporting this community also extends to my research— my doctoral dissertation focused on advanced LGBT health through HIV prevention among gay male couples. Men / Masculinity Issues
Whether it’s your first time in therapy, or a return to it, I provide a supportive space for men to explore the challenges that come with traditional expectations of masculinity. Together, we work on expressing emotions more freely, strengthening relationships, managing stress or life transitions—with the goal of building a more authentic, balanced sense of self.

Insomnia
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), a highly-effective treatment to reduce sleep problems without medication. Many people can begin to see meaningful changes in a few sessions to learn practical tools to get their sleep back on track.
